*stares angrily at Molloc*
Alright, we take you to chieftain of VILLAGE! This way, but know that funny attempts at anything and we kill you!!!
*The large goblin walks a 5 metres ahead, Kaise following with 4 alert goblins circling him, each one around 2 metres away and pointing their spears in an a threatening manner*

*As they march, Tuskar notices Thamior having a bit of difficulty.* Hey, ranger! Did you hurt yourself? You seem to be limping. Stop awhile and let me take a look. *The party stops, and Thamior sits down, taking off his footwear. Tuskar kneels down to take a look, and experimentally feels around the feet (in a purely medical way, I assure you ) for fractures.* Hmm...you must have sprained them when you jumped down from your tree. Here, have a bandage. *Tuskar reaches into his satchel and gets out a roll of bandage, wrapping it around each foot. He then concentrates, and casts a minor painkiller cantrip to numb the sting.* Heh, a doctor in Mesovar taught me that little trick. I mostly use it for hangovers, though. Far too fiddly for combat. *The group sets off again, and Thamior is noticeably faster.*

Hmm... Why not ask a druid to heal? Ah well... *Shrugs, and urges them on even more...*

*pant pant* "Hey guys, not so fast, I can't keep up!" Kroro shouts, while suddenly his golem picks him up effortlessly and holds him in his arms, so Kroro can relax himself somewhat, although the hard-baked clay isn't all that comfortable. ;D*

*Wishes he had a golem well, as he begins breathing a bit louder...* How long will this continue?
Thamior, being familiar with the forest, gives an educated guess of around twenty minutes' worth of travel more at present pace

Well this is dignified... *Molloc finds himself led through a small town, female and children goblins can be seen watching from various... houses* *Molloc is then brought into one of the hut things of the cheiftain*
*Molloc bows in a mocking/respectful way* Oh great leader of the green cannon fodder, I come before you to warn you of an invasion of your town! Many of the most bloodthirsty heroes of Satim approach even now. More than you can hope to repel alone! But salvation comes!
I am a knight of no mean skill. I have slayed... hundreds... yes hundreds... if not thousands of noble warriors.
In return for a small, negotiable fee, I'd be willing to aid you in repelling these disgusting primitives that come to tare down your marvellous civilisation! Together we'd kill them all and feast on their corpses!
... Do goblins do that? if none of this actually happened LordT... then feel free to change it... just keep me a copy of the text so I can say it later! It happened fine, Kaiser

An invasion force you say? This is grave news, but you have our gratitude for telling us, you with the tongue of venom.
I should've known those fat villagers would do something to stop us. So they hired a bunch of simple mercenaries you say? I knew our cattle rustling wouldn't go unretaliated, but we had little choice. We are trying to support ourselves, but the little crops we try to grow, and our livestock are withering away due to a disease. We simply couldn't produce enough food to support us all, if we had, I assure you we wouldn't have raided Satim.
All there is left for us to do is to is to leave. From your descriptions, the few of us able to bear arms would simply be insufficient to fend off the vicious attackers, at least without heavy losses. Each goblin is vital to the survival of the others, we can't afford that risk. We shall retreat into the forest with our most important belongings, and wait for the foul invaders to raze our village. Or hope that they can't find it. You're coming with us, you-who-speak-with-great-disregard, we cannot have you looting what little supplies have in our village while we are away.
And now, we must move with haste, they will arrive at any minute. Or do you have a better suggestion?

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! *He laughs to disguise the fact he is thinking something up* You think that the approaching army does not expect a retreat? My little green moron, do you think that they do not know I am here warning you at this very moment?
They have encircled us. There is no retreat... Paladins are among them. Paladins sworn to slay everything that isn't a dwarf, human or elf. If you attempt to flee they will kill you while you stumble blindly into their web.
We must bring them here. You have the advantage here. You expect them, you know your village. Allow their scout parties to enter, then encircle them. Concentrate your forces against their divided ones.
You will not succeed alone though. You will require my sword if you want to be effective as you can, if you want your people to stand the best chance of survival. So, what do you use as currency here?

Then so be it. Kgot! Pechak! Warn everyone of the coming foe! Tell the ones incapable of fighting to gather and get ready to escape!
Stranger, we do not use currency here. We live as a community, and give to those who need it. We are not experienced fighters, unlike popular belief. Not this tribe at least. If you will lead the few fighters we have against the foe, we will give you whatever spoils of war there might be, as well as whatever food you should desire from our humble village.*The chieftain opens a nearby box-like thingie and produces an axe, finely crafted considered the materials used - wood, bone and flint. The chieftain resolutely steps outside, the goblins guarding Molloc signalling for him to move out of the hut as well.* I think I have to log off for today. I'll try to inform Kaiser of what he has at disposal, so just follow his lead. Be back tomorrow to check up on ya At my disposal? Hopefully the most powerful and dangerous goblin army ever assembled that is more than capable of destroying the world! Muwhahhahahhaha!Well, whaddaya know! I have a bit more time, I'll hang around and make sure Kaiser doesn't abuse his goblin army too much

It's not long before they come across the area where Molloc left the path and went deeper into the forest. The damage to the plans he chopped away to make a path is clear to see. For Thamior as least.
"He went through here. Lets go quickly, but stey on your guard. There may be traps and they may know we're coming"

Right you filthy swines! Find cover and hold your positions. Let them get right into the centre of town before you make a move. When they do, surround them.
I will personally see to the protection of his chiefness... ugh... are then any barrels I can get in round here?
Objects suitable for cowarding in are: Well Mud puddle Behind stuff! A nearby field... bet there's lots of insects innit though The dung yard... bet there's even more.
*kneels behind something that is big and can hide him... a thing...*

Really nice path... It seems Molloc has been very busy indeed! Let us hurry! *Notices a young raven...* Aww! How cute! Come here boy! *Makes some soothing sounds, and the raven slowly flies to Orodreth...* Cute! *Carefully puts him on his shoulder...* Maybe you want to travel with me? Let's go! *Runs forward, but the raven takes off...* Aww... *The raven however doesn't fly away. Instead, he rearranges Orodreths relatively long hair a bit, making it look like a small nest, and sits in it...* Hehe... I must look pretty funny right now... Let's go! *Runs forward again, filled with new energy, and following the path, though at some places he stops for a few seconds to look more carefully, which also gives the slower companions (not naming anyone:P) the time needed to get nearer to Orodreth again...*

*The party break out of the undergrowth into the goblin village, only to find it deserted. They grip their weapons as they head through the squat huts, looking around carefully for unexpected movement. The state of the place looks like they left in a hurry, but any more detail is indescernable. The remnant stench of goblins is all around, stopping Thamior's wolf from sniffing out the goblin warriors waiting in ambush.*
I suggest you check with your party before making that a such decision... If you, Solar or Battle feels like rewinding a bit then it's approved
Meh. We've gotta get there sooner or later. I just thought I'd cut to the chase, as it were.

"Wow, it's awful quiet here, did you think they might have left the place?" Kroro whispers. The golem drops him to the floor and positions himself in front of Kroro.

*Meanwhile, Solar's happiness with his new companion fades a little...* It's too quiet... Though in this case, a druid isn't needed... I bet Molloc has warned them of our coming, but where the miserable thieving bastards fled to... Hey, up there! My raven friend! It might be a good time to chose the winds, to keep you safe! I don't want you harmed! *The raven flies up, and makes sure he's out of range of any damage...* Now... Stay close to eachother! I don't trust this place at all... *Prepares to defend himself...*
